On our stand at Fine Arts Paris & La Biennale, we will present a large selection of works from Boudin to Geer van Velde. We will be presenting our key artists such as Marquet, Signac, Hartung, or for example Marcel Gromaire, with a view of London

In this video, discover a double oil on panel from 1891 – 1893 by the French painter Henri-Edmond Cross (1856 -1910).

“Landscape of the Côte d’Azur (recto) / Landscape in Provence (verso)”.

These are studies for “La ferme, soir” (private collection) and “La ferme, matin” (Musée des Beaux-Arts de Nancy).

The neo-impressionist brushstroke and his particular use of colour are already evident.

This work was in the collection of the art critic Félix Fénéon.
